They had numerous use cases but sought a partner's support in determining the appropriate ones and seeing them through from beginning to end.

The Solution
The Eviden team has successfully implemented the Use Case Thinking funnel process.
The Solution entailed:
In Phase 1, we identified 24 POC use cases that will be implemented for the client. These use cases cover various domains, including Hotel/Motel Vertical Solutions, Employee Benefits, and Document extraction and analysis.
In Phase 2, we piloted two use cases in a production state:
1. Knowledge Q&A - This feature allows users to quickly access a large corpus of knowledge on insurance in real-time and plain language.
2. Document Intelligence Solution - This feature enables the extraction, interpretation, and comparison of policy language across 400 domains.

By leveraging Microsoft GenAI and Copilots, we can help the customer's business, mitigate security and governance concerns, enable case evaluation techniques, and provide next steps for build-out and recommendations aligned with the company's strategic vision.
