The Solution
Eviden helped identify infrastructure, governance and integration requirements for wider rollout of M365 Copilot.
- Eviden implemented a pilot of Microsoft 365 Copilot through the Early Access Program.
- Leveraged its M365 Copilot Readiness Assessment Program to analyze challenges of such pilot rollout.
- Analyzed licensing prerequisites and allocated 150 seats for the program.
- Identified key individuals across functions for Copilot adoption.
- Tested Copilot for Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook with the 150-user community.
- Monitored governance system, security, and performance during the pilot.
- Established a Copilot EAP Community for experience sharing and query resolution.
- Created a SharePoint repository for Copilot-related news and training material.
- Contributed to a Microsoft-initiated shared community of companies.
