The Challenge

A sales transformation initiative has begun to help enable revenue growth across the business to acquire new logos and expand its footprint across existing clients while retaining clients for the long term.

This involves several efforts:

  • Identifying and optimizing solution offerings to better meet client needs and risk profiles.​ 

  • Enhancing new and established Producer capabilities.​ 

  • Using AI-driven insights and hypothesis-driven decision trees to enhance the customer experience from end to end.​

The Solution

First, the Eviden team delivered a Use Case Thinking funnel process using their proprietary use case funnel process.​

As a result of this exercise, over 20 different use cases were thoroughly analyzed.  Eviden identified 4 POC use cases as a priority for implementation: 

  • Employee benefits Q&A chatbot​

  • Document extraction and summarization tool​

  • Document discovery and analysis​

The Outcome

The implementation of this document compares Q&A capability allowing sales producers to prepare and have more nuanced conversations with their prospects yielding better policy matching and deal closures.​ 
 
This also has led to more expedited analysis, architecture design, and development of future use cases utilizing similar technology.​
