The Solution
First, the Eviden team delivered a Use Case Thinking funnel process using their proprietary use case funnel process.
As a result of this exercise, over 20 different use cases were thoroughly analyzed. Eviden identified 4 POC use cases as a priority for implementation:

The Outcome
The implementation of this document compares Q&A capability allowing sales producers to prepare and have more nuanced conversations with their prospects yielding better policy matching and deal closures.
This also has led to more expedited analysis, architecture design, and development of future use cases utilizing similar technology.
