The Challenge
bp is navigating a large-scale digital transformation journey to modernize its IT organization, step up innovation, adopt agile methodologies, and create a world-class engineering team. Having adopted a ‘Cloud First” strategy, it needed expert guidance to intelligently transition to the cloud.

The Solution
Eviden helped design and deploy several cloud landing zone platforms on AWS to make it easier for bp users to manage financial processes and connectivity. Using agile methodologies, platforms were delivered with a focus on continuous improvement and development.
We built a fully-managed IaaS platform to move apps to a new OS version in AWS, built another landing zone to which several complex apps were migrated via lift-and-shift and deployed a highly complex Hub and Spoke AWS landing zone architecture – a shared services model that allows bp to build for scale while segmenting infrastructure to ensure security, compliance, and network isolation.
Eviden continues to help bp deliver new capabilities and services to advance its cloud adoption and transformation.
